The Book That Was
Once upon a time there was a collection of Faux Pas strips published by Plan Nine Publishing. Interest in the book was high and sales were good whenever the book was available, but due to persistent production problems the book was often out of stock. On September 13, 2005 we concluded our contract with Plan Nine, and aside from some "scratch and dent" copies we have onhand the book is pretty much unavailable.

We really appreciate all the nice thoughts and reviews the book received, and hope those of you who bought a copy will enjoy it for many years to come. Whether or not there will be another book has yet to be determined; if there is another book, we'll be sure to announce it on both the FoxWeb Main Page and the Faux Pas comic page, so stay tuned!

What It Was
The 180-page book reproduced the first 48 weeks of the online series, from Randy's first run-in with Kira and his adventures with Cindy, to Kira's attempts to teach Randy how to avoid traps - all in glorious black and white. The book also contained bonus materials, including a special Myrtle deHen tale featuring Randy & Cindy in a hard-bitten detective tale never seen online.
