Please make sure that your server is able to receive letters from us. Some ISPs (notably AOL, Yahoo!, HotMail and the like) try to prevent e-Spam by blocking off certain groups of addresses - anything coming to you from Earthlink or MindSpring, for example. Make sure any filters are set to allow you to hear from us. If we write to you and it bounces, you won't receive a response and there's nothing we can do about it!
ALSO: Please beware using any odd characters in your Subject line (angle brackets, etc.) as our Spam filter tends to grab those messages and spirit them to the netherworld.
